Women’s Wilderness November Day Camp
8:30 am - Meet and Introductions – coffee and pastries available.
9:30 am - Skills Session – Firewood hunting, fire building and outdoor cooking (dress for the weather!)
Why you need this session – Afterall, you can make a fire and you cook ALL the TIME!!
Selecting the right materials for making a fire - explore different types of tinder, kindling and wood.
Learn how to use a firesteel and how to make wood more flammable with your knife.
